Penyola Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 25, 2026

Penyola is an offline guide to scenic sites. The guides, maps and audio are stored in the app, and Penyola does not operate any server that receives information about you.

What we collect

Nothing. Penyola has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking across apps or websites.

Data kept on your device

Your guide progress, route choices and app preferences are stored only on your device. They are removed when you delete the app. System backups may keep app data according to your Apple Account settings.

Location

Penyola does not use your location. Guides follow your progress as you choose stops yourself.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Penyola checks on your device whether a purchase is active; we never receive your payment details.

Photos

When you choose Save Image on an address card, Penyola adds that image to your photo library. It cannot read your existing photos.

External links

Links such as OpenStreetMap open in another service, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
